The Coronavirus that attacked the world created a deep jolt in the financial markets, the industry and mainly the way of life of many inhabitants of the world, creates an excellent opportunity for introspection, to calculate a new route and a deeper understanding of where we come from and where we are going to. Individuals groups, organizations and societies have suddenly discovered their difficulties to function and make decisions when the future is in the fog. Uncertainty as for the extent of the crisis, its length, its consequences and the period of time required to get out of it makes it difficult to create an exit strategy, construct rehabilitation, and lay foundation for proper assessments of the implications of that strategy. We are experiencing populist, weak and dysfunctional governments, that were not prepared properly, causing inestimable damage to its citizens by jeopardized their economic and physical security and the ability to recover soon. The budgets that those governments invest to prevent the collapse is usually not the result of an organized process of analyzing the situation and providing real solutions but is a result of political needs, fake impression is if they deal with the situation imposed and hide the failures of governmental funding of the health system over the years .   At the same time, the epidemic has created many opportunities in the organizational, economic and employment arena. First, many businesses that don’t have a real expectancy, burly floating, based on leverages and loans will collapse and leave of the market. Their owners will be plagued out when realty will put a barrier and mirror in front of them. This will increase competition among the strong survivors. Second, entities that lack financial reserves, that are a result of real profits, will also be plagued out. A gap will be created between the ones that were properly managed and should, using internal resources, survive a prolonged emergency. And on the other side, those that a short hold of operations required them to mass dismiss employees and their very existence is threatened. Those entities will be required to draw immediate conclusions that might cause them to leave the market and by that increase competition among the stronger.   The civil society now needs real leaders that are truthful, trustworthy and dedicated to support emotionally, morally and economically their citizens, and not in attempt to gain credit in the future or for the purpose of having an alibi for the coming inquiry committee. Civil societies now needs excellent managers, and those are not many, who are able to take the right decisions, take calculated risks and move their economies forward and to a quick exit from the crisis. Those societies will not be able to meet high unemployment rates over time and a widening gap between those with a guaranteed salary and those who are not.   Coronavirus taught us five significant lessons that acknowledging them will be able to lead individuals, organizations and nations toward common and prosperous life based on rationality and truth.

  • Leadership - times of crisis is time for the rise of true leaders, those who can take decisions and move forward, starting from prime ministers and presidents when we speak about countries and till family spouses withing a household. A decision-making process that is educated, prudent, rational, free of bias and purposeful, will lead to the safe harbor of recovery and rehabilitation. Unfortunately, times of crisis are also the times for the rise of false leaders, scholars and messiahs who believe that they "saw the light". Those are the ones that their ago navigate them to take decisions that doesn’t consider the greater good but their own goods or the good of their direct supporters by that moving aside the real experts and leaders. It is no secret that the world is now suffering from weak, populist, sector-oriented global leadership that public good is very low, if at all, on their agenda and priorities. Citizens would do well if they will punish those false leaders and enhance true, honest and trustworthy leaders who will work tirelessly for the common good of their state and citizens. Leaders of state should remember that they are also the leaders of those who did not elect them and opposes them.

  • Modesty - the end of the pursuit of the "more". We learned that it is possible to breathe air and settle for far less than we thought we need. The emotional need to be bigger, stronger, richer has made us forget the basics of personal and shared life that happiness is not a function of wealth but of a healthy society that behaves according to moral codes, solidarity and the understanding that everything is temporary. If each of us, as well as organizations will live more in accordance with what we need and less on what we want it will make life easier for individuals and it will allow the economy to flourish and will create a secured place to everyone that belongs. This implies that the economic system should be more production oriented rather than pure profit-making oriented. The concept should is how I contribute to society, to people around me, and less how I contribute to myself at the expense of society and others. Businesses whose main orientation is making easy profits, of various types, on account of the plight of people or their undelivered desires should fade. Entities, whose center of activity is gambling based on forecasting on random economic behavior, should be narrowed or fade. Businesses in general should be aimed at producing something of real value or contributing to the production of that thing.

  • Deployment - The failure of governments, organizations and individuals in the Corona crisis was not preparing for it .  Stress scenarios are not required to understand where the bars may Lhtrh unexpected as that has the value of A to Y. They accordingly . In healthy behavior we should be able to continue to survive for a period even without income and without activity without taking drastic measures . Not possible to enter the default on repayment within days from the entry of any crisis , the P -looking information will come sooner or later . A significant part of our lives , at different levels , should be devoted to accumulating resources cried out with Churchill and US in crisis even if it comes at the expense of current sense as Chairman of momentary happiness . Assessments in terms of material and other resources are a critical pillar of the survival of a person , organization and society .

  4.       Removing oil - the current crisis teaches us that we can do far less than we have consumed so far . Many resources were wasted on fats , increased consumption , over-employment in organizations , on-the-spot dispersal , focus , increased spending on savings , eye-cleaning and vanity . Going back to the routine requires thinking about our priorities , what really matters and what is much less . The sense of abundance that accompanied many of us , in government , in organizations , and as individuals, has in many cases emerged as a vital barrel . If the transition from abundant to crying for help occurs over a period of days , it is a sign that the same feeling was fake and lacked a real basis in reality . The lack of focus mainly , the spread over many areas in order to create a sense of breadth and size becomes in our minds . The relentless pursuit and compromise of becoming bigger and stronger at the expense of limited resources causes a rapid collapse of people , businesses and organizations . If there is anything good that emerged from the economic crisis of 2008 is that a huge amount of businesses had to go bankrupt and close , and better yet , businesses and organizations that have no real expectation , who live from moment to moment and bank rolls and loans , with their owners refusing to see the foresight , deserve to be hit , shut down And will cause their owners to turn their energy to more constructive and profitable ways .   5.       Solidarity - the current crisis , as well as others , cannot be overcome without the realization that we are interdependent and that we have a moral obligation to work together , individuals , groups and organizations , for the greater good of its parts . Without solidarity and understanding of the need for sound real leaders in their respective directives properly crisis managers , hes the Wei to go out and regrow is low to non-existent . This is the time to think about the needy , the weak , the neighbor, and the family member whose crisis has brought him to distress . True solidarity puts us in the place of the giver , of the strong one who safely leads himself and those who follow him . The leaders of companies and governments need to promote solidarity as returned to the living , not by inventing imaginary enemies or deepening fear of the future but died Bible understanding solidary society is a healthy society , giving pride of place to all parts and creates a unifying rather than dividing . The easy and contribution weak leaders manage states and their citizens are separated and weak , it is much harder to lead a strong , critical self-aware and confident on the way .   To sum up the Corona crisis is a wake-up call for the citizens of the world to examine their way of life so far and to choose the right ways to bring them to the next crisis , which will come , as they become stronger , more prepared and wiser . We , as a civil society , should be required of our leaders , whether they are the leaders of the country in which we live or the organization to which we belong , for greater integrity and a deep understanding of reality . In the words of one of the greatest Masai Sylvester Stallone contemporary in mass extravagant " game Blood 2" in 198 5 , " I want my country to love sign the same are near the I love her ."
